Nikki Starr is a different kind of doctor. She went through medical school to realize the ultimate prescription for a healthy, happy life is self-care, healthy eating and love as medicine. After traveling the world and appearing on the FOX television show Utopia (where they named her #DrLove), she realized her mission is to awaken more love on the planet. As a certified yoga and meditation instructor, and having sat for two 10 day Vipassana silent meditation retreats, Dr Nikki Starr believes meditation is one of the most powerful tools to awaken more love and help us transform. As a healer and life coach, she guides and teaches clients empowering, life enhancing meditations through her online Initiation Program and worldwide workshops and retreats.Â

Diana Paschal is a New York City based yoga teacher and transformational coach, who leds a practice to develop self-awareness, self-mastery and wellbeing. She works with clients and leads AwakenAwe workshops and retreats. Before finding her calling through Yoga, Diana studied and taught dance, gymnastics and theater for most her life. Her classes are accessible for all levels and emphasize proper alignment and awareness of the breath. With 500+ hours of training, Diana teaches a blend of Vinyasa, Iyengar and Katonah styles informed by her studies and home practice. Diana is passionate to make yoga and mindfulness accessible for everyone, and she partners with non-profits and social impact companies to further this goal.
